Must complete an eight-hour laws and rules course from a board approved provider. Must complete a two-hour prevention of medical errors course from a board approved provider. 3. Must also pass a theory and practice examination provided by the department for this purpose.

A total of 4000 hours of supervised experience. The Board accepts the doctoral level psychology internship in satisfaction of the first 2000 hours of the required experience. Bifurcation/Examination applicants may sit for the required examinations while completing any outstanding hours of the required post-doctoral supervised experience.
